Harvest: By hand, 1st and 2nd of October.
Colour: green with golden hues.
Character: intense fruitiness, with hints of fresh grass, artichoke and tomato. Pugency and bitterness in perfect harmony. For use on raw marinated tuna and blue fish, vegetables au gratin, pasta dishes with shellfish, fish stew, grilled meats and roasts, cheese.
